Services

Care that fits the house you live in

From a free first conversation through to ongoing rehab — at home, in a care setting, or online.

Free

Telephone consultation

A no-obligation chat about what is going on, whether I can help, and the best next step. If we agree a plan, we can book a visit straight away.

£50

Initial assessment

A thorough assessment in the comfort of your own home. We work out a diagnosis and prognosis, then build a rehab plan around your goals.

£40

Follow-up visit

Hands-on treatment, exercise progression and support once your plan is underway — booked around you, not a clinic timetable.

£25

Remote appointment

Advice, education and a tailored exercise programme when you cannot make a face-to-face visit, or you prefer to keep things online.

Telephone consultation

A thorough conversation about what is going on. You can leave with quick advice, or book a face-to-face visit if that is the right next step.

Initial assessment

Your first appointment, with a chartered physiotherapist in the comfort of your own home. An in-depth assessment to reach a diagnosis, a prognosis, and a rehab plan that addresses your needs.

Follow-up

After the assessment we work on the problem: manual techniques such as massage, electronic muscle stimulation where useful, a tailored exercise programme, and clear education about your condition.

Remote physiotherapy

Video or telephone appointments if you are short on time, or travel is hard. Advice and a custom exercise programme you can follow at home.

Conditions & expertise

Musculoskeletal

Back and neck pain, joints, sports or work injuries, weakness, and strength & conditioning.

Neuro-physiotherapy

Stroke rehabilitation, multiple sclerosis, spinal injury and other neurological conditions.

After surgery

Hip, knee and shoulder replacements, fractures, and general post-operative rehab.

Respiratory

Breathlessness management, COPD, asthma and confidence with daily activity.

Mobility & falls

Walking, balance, vestibular rehab, and getting back on your feet after a fall.

Older people's care

Arthritis, long-term conditions, and practical help to stay independent at home.

How treatment looks

Mobility work

Had surgery, or a fall that has made walking harder? We look at strength, technique and whatever else is holding you back, and get you moving again.

Exercise therapy

The foundation of every plan. A programme written for your specific weakness, pain or function — not a print-out from a drawer.

Manual therapy

Massage and joint mobilisations to settle aches and help you move more freely, used alongside exercise rather than instead of it.

Book a free telephone consultation

We will only arrange a visit if it is the right next step.
