This page explains how TOPhysio uses information you share through this website or during treatment.

What is collected

Contact details you send through this site (name, phone, email, postcode and your message) are used to get in touch about physiotherapy. If you then become a patient, clinical information is stored on a secure computer system. A consent form is sent when your telephone consultation is booked.

Why it is collected

Website enquiries are for contact purposes only. Other information taken during care is the responsibility of the therapist. You will be told how that data is used, how it is stored, and for how long.

Exercise programmes on this site

If you save exercises to “My programme”, that list is stored only in your browser on that phone or computer. It is not sent to TOPhysio and it is not a clinical record. Clearing the browser, or using a different device, removes it.

Your choices

You can ask for enquiry details to be deleted, or withdraw consent, at any time by emailing tophysionorfolk@gmail.com. This site does not use advertising cookies or third-party translation widgets.
