Hello, I’m Tom
I am a chartered physiotherapist offering remote and mobile physiotherapy in Dereham, Norwich and the surrounding villages.
The idea is simple: a friendly, open service in the comfort of your own home. That means busy people are not tied to clinic hours — and, more importantly, people who cannot get to a clinic still receive the care they need and deserve.

I am a fitness and sport fanatic, which came hand in hand with… injuries. After seeing physiotherapists in clinic and on football pitches, I decided at 14 or 15 that this was the job.
I took the long way around: a BSc in Sport and Exercise Sciences, then an MSc in Physiotherapy at the University of Essex. Straight away I fell in love with helping people in their own homes. I have been a community physiotherapist ever since.
Working in the NHS as a senior physiotherapist made it obvious: rural Norfolk needs an expert, friendly mobile service that people can actually access in a timely way. That is why TOPhysio exists.
